The Drone weighs nearly 3 pounds and its dimensions are 15.7 by 9.9 by 6.8 inches, making it a travel-friendly drone without adding much weight to your luggage.
Setup Process : (How to setup DJI Phantom 4 Prov 2.0)
With multiple functions and added features, a little reading is required about the extra functionalities from the setup guide. With that done, the user should remove the drone body from the box and attach the propellers.
The right way to attach the propellers is to match the propellers with black rings to motors with black dots, and silver ring propellers to motors without black dots. The installation of these propellers is done by pressing onto the mounting plate and turning them in the marked direction until locked.
QR codes are provided by the DJI in the start guide both to download the DJI Go 4 app and tutorials. Keep in mind that the battery and remote controller need to be charged separately :
the battery takes in charging = 1 hr and 20 mints
the remote controller takes in charging = 3 hrs and 40 mints
Once charged, now attach your phone to the remote controller and connect the device using the USB cable. Now, turn on the drone and the remote controller by pressing the power button once, releasing it, and then pressing and holding, it till it turns on.
Remove the gimbal clamp from the camera start the app DJI GO 4 and complete the first-time setup to take off.

Modes Of Dji Phantom 4 Pro v2.0
when you are off the ground (by auto takeoff button from the app or manually by combination stick command to start the motors). You will find (P, S, and A modes) during the flight and can switch between them. The (P, S, and A) modes can be shifted from the controller.
Let’s discuss these 3 modes in detail
P Mode (Positioning mode): works well with a strong GPS signal and uses GPS, the vision system, and the infrared sensing system to keep the craft stable, dodge obstacles, and track subjects. You can access TopFly and ActiveTrack only in this mode.
S Mode (Sports mode): provides maximum movements, and unlocks the drone’s top speed of 45kmph. However, obstacle detection and avoidance and disabled in this mode. A little bit of extra care is required in this mode.
A Mode (Attitude mode): uses a barometer for positioning and altitude control. This mode is handy when the GPS system and vision systems are unavailable.
Intelligent Flight Modes
TopFly: allows a user to tap on the desired location on the screen, and the drone will automatically fly there while avoiding obstacles and adjusting the elevation according to the needs.
ActiveTrack: lets the user mark the desired subject and the drone will follow that subject using advanced features like :
Trace = (tracking at a constant distance)
Spotlight = (only keeps the camera point at a selected subject)
Profile = (like trace, but front the sideways)
Draw Mode: The user can draw a path with a finger on the screen and the drone will follow that path itself.
Tripod Mode: works best for filmmakers looking to take shots closer to the ground, and reduces the speed to 5.6mph dramatically. Plus for the smoother movement stick responsiveness is also reduced to the optimum level, similar to what is required for dolly or slider shots.
Gesture Mode: this mode allows the user to perform a certain gesture when in photo mode to select a subject, confirm the distance, and take a selfie.
Terrain Follow Mode: it uses the downward vision system to keep a constant height from the ground ( 1 – 10 meters) on uneven and changing terrain. Officially DJI recommends using this particular function on grassland and on slopes not more than 20 degrees.
Return To Home: when the drones go out of the vision and lose contact with the pilot, they automatically return home safely.
Landing Protection: Keep the drone just above the ground until the battery goes down before resorting to land on unsuitable terrain.
Camera Quality Of Dji Phantom 4 Pro v2.0
both the photo and video quality have achieved a premium level with the 1-inch sensor, the 24mm lens opens up to f/2.8 at the widest, and f/11 at a minimum while capturing a clean sharp image across this range.
In photo mode, the camera treats an ISO range from 100-3200 during Auto mode, but up to 12800 in Manual mode.
In video mode, the ISO range is similar to Auto mode but reaches 6400 in Manual mode.
at maximum the DJI Phantom 4 Pro v2.0 takes 20-megapixel photos which are amazing, however, video quality is fantastic, delivering 100Mbit 4K (3840 x 2160) C4K (4096 x 2160) footage in both H.264 and H.265 codes at 24/25/30 frames per second (fps). 60 (fps) is also available but only in H.264. If you step down to 1080p, the drones will shoot at 120fps in both codecs. Sharpness adds additional brilliance to the footage.
Battery Of Dji Phantom 4 Pro v2.0
It provides a flight of 30 minutes, the funny fact is that the battery of the remote controller is larger than the drone itself (6000mAh and 5870mAh respectively)
