Tennis player Naomi Osaka gets pregnant and wishes to return back in the upcoming year. Osaka tweeted about her pregnancy with a photo of a sonogram in both Japanese and English.
“I know that I have so much to look forward to in the future, one thing I’m looking forward to is for my kid to watch one of my matches and tell someone, ‘that’s my mom,’ haha,” Osaka wrote

Naomi Osaka came to the limelight after beating the tennis star Serena Williams, in the U.S Open Final 2018. Osaka kept on winning major titles like the Australian Open 2019, the U.S. Open 2020, and the Australian Open 2021. These victories made her the established player in the game. She became one of the few players to win her first four Grand Slam tournaments.
But she openly talked about her struggle with mental health after French Open 2021. She declared that she would not take part in a media talk, for which she was fined $15000.
Naomi Osaka announced to talk an indefinite break from Tennis after losing at U.S. Open in 2021. Many people recognized her bravery in speaking about her mental health in public.
“I honestly don’t know when I’m going to play my next tennis match,” Osaka told reporters in a news conference. “I think I’m gonna take a break from playing for a while.”
Naomi’s declaration of pregnancy came after her recent announcement of not participating in the Australian Open 2023. But, she is eyeing the Australian Open 2024. This will be her first appearance after her acquittal from the Toray Pan Pacific Open in last September.

The tennis star also spoke about her time on vacation. She announced opening her own sports agency in May. She also released a children’s book last month, which was written by her.
“The past few years have been interesting to say the least, but I find that its the most challenging times in life that may be the most fun,” Osaka wrote Wednesday, She said the off time gave her “a new love and appreciation for the game I’ve dedicated my life to.”

Osaka is in a love bond with rapper Cordae since 2019. Both of them poured some light on their relationship and their first meeting at the LA Clippers game in 2021.

Osaka summed up as: “I don’t think there’s a perfectly correct path to take in life but I always felt that if you move forward with good intentions you’ll find your way eventually.”
